StudioWhirl exists so studio owners and independent instructors can focus on their craft, not chasing payments or juggling booking spreadsheets.
Our story
StudioWhirl started when our founding team, who managed a small yoga studio, spent a weekend manually calculating instructor pay from months of attendance spreadsheets. We realized every studio we knew was solving the same problem with a patchwork of booking apps, payment links, and paper sign-in sheets, none of which talked to each other.
So we set out to build the thing studios actually needed: one platform that handles scheduling, bookings and memberships together, so the money and the calendar are never out of sync. We just opened our doors, and we're working closely with our first studios to get every detail right.
